The dispatch list is used to classify and display all unfinished trains, including trains in three states: arrived, dispatched, and undeparted.
Arrived: Refers to vehicles that have reached the destination fence
Started: Refers to the vehicle that has left the starting fence
Undeparture: Vehicles that have not yet departed
Planned order: the status of the dispatch order triggered within the planned time is changed to not dispatched
check the details:
The main information of the train will be displayed, click View Details to view the detailed information of the train; there is the data information of the dispatch list, and the detailed map of the transportation time node, and you can see the dispatch time, departure time, and switch lock in the node details , alarm time and other data information. The display of the planned route and the actual driving route are displayed in different color lines. Display the range of the start & end fence area.
Alarm information：
If the vehicle has alarm data after the distribution to the end, click on the alarm to enter the alarm page and display the detailed alarm information;
unlock/lock data：
If the vehicle has unlock/ lock data after the distribution to the end, click the switch lock to enter the switch lock page and display the detailed switch lock data;
Unlock authorization：
- The unlocking authorization is used to temporarily authorize the unlocking authority to certain people, generally used in emergency situations, to enter the authorized person’s mobile phone number, name, and valid duration;
- After the authorization is successful, the authorization record data can be viewed in the report -> Authorization Records, and the expiration time will be displayed according to the effective time, and the unlocking authority will be invalid after the expiration time;
- After the authorization is successful, the authorization code for this unlock will be automatically sent to the mailbox, and then you need to log in to Authorized Unlock, and scan the code to unlock after successful login;
- Enter the authorization record page, if the unlocking is successful, the authorization status will display: unlocking is over, and the unlocking method, time, and location information will be recorded;
If the expiration time has passed, the authorization status will be displayed as: expiration end;
Modify the number of task：
For the trips that have not departed, you can modify the trip information and enter the page for modifying trips;
After modifying the information, click Save, and the information of the train will be updated and displayed simultaneously.
