Device management is used to manage device information.
In this module, the device can be bound to the asset, and the device can also be transferred and imported in batches.
Create device：
If you want to create new device information for a company, click the “create” button to pop up a new page, and the devices do not need to be grouped;
On the newly added page, enter the basic information of the device;
Bind the asset, select the associated company, which company to associate with, and the device will be linked to the company’s name after the addition is complete;
After the information is entered, click “Create” to complete the new creation of the device;
If the input device is JT/T 808-2019 and JT/T818, the default configuration of video configuration and active security configuration will be automatically added to the device after the creation is completed.
Edit device：
If the device information needs to be modified, you can click the edit icon in the operation to pop up the edit page. After the information is successfully modified, it will automatically return to the list page to display the modified information;
Delete device：
If the device has a bound asset, it will be automatically unbound from the asset after the device is deleted.
Click the delete icon in the operation to delete, or batch delete.
Device details：
Click the details icon in the operation to enter the device details page to display the detailed information of the device and its bound asset.
Unlock authorization：
Click the unlock authorization icon in the operation to enter the authorization page, and you can authorize the unlock permission of the lock to someone who can scan the code to unlock the lock after logging in to the mini program. If it is a non-locking device, the unlock authorization icon will not be displayed.
Device transfer：
The transfer of device takes place between the company and the company, and when the device is transferred, the bound asset will also be transferred simultaneously.
In the tree structure on the left, there is a transfer icon behind the company. Click to transfer the device of the entire company; you can also select the device on the right and click the “Transfer” button to transfer the specified device;
Select the device, click the transfer button, and the page for selecting a company will pop up, where you need to select the specific company name to be transferred to;
- After the company is selected, a prompt whether to transfer or not will pop up;
- Click OK to transfer the device, and the selected device will be transferred to the company’s name.
Device Information：
Enter the device management module, and automatically display the devices directly under the current company. Select a company to display the devices directly under that company. If you want to display all the devices, you need to switch to the All Devices page;
You can enter the device ID in the search box on the right to search.
Batch Import：
In the actual use scenario, the asset information and device information are generally imported in batches, then the batch import function can be used to carry out;
First, you need to download and import the template, and fill in the information according to the template;
Then select the name of the company to import to. After selecting the company, select the file for batch import. After importing, save and batch add successfully;
If no company is selected, the default is to import to the current company name.
If the asset is filled in the import file, the asset information will be added automatically when the device is imported.
But if the asset already exists in the system, only the device information will be imported.
