Asset management is used to manage asset(vehicle and container) information.
In this module, the asset can be bound to the device and driver, and the assets also be transferred and imported in batches.
Create asset：
If you want to create a new asset for a company, you must first select the company or the company’s group information, and click the “create” button to pop up a new page;
Select the group and asset type to which the box belongs, upload the image of the box, and enter the basic information of the box;
Binding device ID, main driver and co-driver;
If it is a container, choose Asset type: container;
After the information is entered, click “Create” to complete the creation of the asset.
Edit asset：
If the asset information needs to be modified, you can click the edit icon in the operation to pop up the edit page. After the information is modified successfully, it will automatically return to the list page and display the modified information;
Delete asset：
If the asset has bound driver and device information, it will be automatically unbound with the driver and device after the asset is deleted.
Click the delete icon in the operation to delete, or batch delete.
Asset details：
Click on the details icon in the operation to enter the asset details page, which displays the detailed information of the asset and its bound equipment.
Asset transfer：
Asset transfer can occur between company and company, and between groups of the same company. assets transfer will also transfer the bound device simultaneously.
In the tree structure on the left, there is a transfer icon behind the company and group, click to transfer the entire company or the entire group of carts;
You can also click the “Transfer” button after selecting the assets on the right to transfer the designated assets.
Select the asset, click the transfer button, and the group selection page will pop up. You need to select the group under which company name the specific transfer will be made;
After the group is selected, a prompt whether to transfer or not will pop up;
- Click OK to proceed to the transfer operation of the assets, and the selected assets will be transferred to this group.
Asset information：
Enter the asset management module, automatically display the current company’s direct assets, select a company to display the company’s direct assets, if you want to display all the assets under its name, you need to switch to the all assets page;
You can enter the box number in the asset name on the right to search.
Batch Import：
In the actual use scenario, the asset information and device information are generally imported in batches, then the batch import function can be used to carry out;
First, you need to download and import the template, and fill in the information according to the template;
Then select which group under which company name to import, and the batch import button will come out when the selected group is selected;
Select the file for batch import, after importing, save and batch add successfully;
If the device ID is filled in the import file, the device information will be added automatically when the car box is imported.
But if the device ID already exists in the system, only the asset information will be imported.
